Our priority when repairing/adjusting pumping devices and motors is the most considerate environment approach possible.
Primarily, it concerns the use of special lubricants falling under the SKF production for the food industry (LCF2-SKF) which fulfill all current legislative requirements. Furthermore, for the environmental protection, we use oils from BP of the highest quality.
Among our commonplace activities belong the waste separation and the qualified treatment of used oils, contaminated parts and other environmentally unsound waste.
The disposal of contaminated cleaning agents, polluted oils and waste is contracted with a specialized company.
To the section of environmental protection belongs also the conversion of cooled mechanical seals from the full flow ones (water-cooled) to seals with own cooling circuit – see the special offer.
The use of this system is accompanied with a substantial saving of cooling water, which has a friendlier environmental impact.
Another considerable contribution to a healthier environment is our activity of pumping-device precision designing during which unnecessary energy consumption is avoided. Energy-saving pumping-devices can be purchased in our specialized store.
Even the perfect bearing diagnosis, timely exchange of mechanical sealings and preventive cleaning of hydraulic parts of pumps and their motors is a significant contributor to the environmental protection.
